The wine has a pale lemon yellow color, with slight green reflections. The first nose is tangy, on citrus fruits (grated lemon zest, lime, grapefruit), and the second nose expresses a fragrant and elegant floral bouquet (white flowers, orange blossom in the background, apple blossom, acacia). It also expresses notes of white peach, ripe apricot, crunchy yellow apple, as well as a very delicate woody hints – a touch of fresh wood, vanilla and bitter almond in the background. There is also a hint of linden honey and linden infusion in the background. The palate is full and sapid, while remaining fresh and chiselled. In the gourmand and filling attack we find notes of white peach, tangy apricot and candied lemon peel. In the mid-palate, the wine expresses woody notes (fresh hazelnut, fresh wood in the background, toasted bread, vanilla), accompanied with honeyed and floral hints (acacia, apple blossom). The finish is sapid, chiseled and mineral. It expresses notes of citrus zest, a dry touch of limestone, as well as a touch of good bitterness of grapefruit and honey. Beautiful salivating acidity and a herbaceous touch (peppermint), which bring liveliness. Great balance and harmony, beautiful tangy structure on the palate.
