The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is gourmand and juicy: the first nose expresses notes of ripe stone fruits (yellow peach, yellow plum, green plum), associated with aromas of green pear, fresh lemon peel, lime jam and grapefruit in the background. On the second nose, we find spicy aromas (vanilla, a minty touch reminiscent of licorice, as well as fresh coriander seeds). We also smell a delicate floral scent of apple blossom and fresh lime blossom, associated with notes of honey from linden and chamomile infused in the background. The attack on the palate gives the impression of a slight sweetness of flower honey, candied lemon peel, ripe green pear, yellow peach and apricot, which we smell in the background. Then, the wine expresses fine woody notes (a fine touch of vanilla, toasted wood and fresh hazelnut in the background), an aromatic floral bouquet (apple blossom, acacia, fresh linden), a touch of honey and wax in the background. The finish is persistent, slightly bitter (grapefruit, chestnut honey), sapid and complex, which balances a slight oily sensation in the mouth. Density, gourmandise and freshness.
