The wine has a pale lemon color with golden reflections. The nose is fragrant, floral, herbaceous and slightly spicy. It expresses notes of wildflowers, acacia, apple blossom, dried linden, hay, a touch of toast and vanilla as well as notes of stone fruits and ripe citrus fruits (tangy apricot, white peach, lemon, orange zest), as well as a touch of fresh mint and fresh tea leaf in the background. On the palate, the wine offers concentration, smoothness and freshness, a lively tangy structure and tangy citrus notes (lime, lemon, citrus zest, a touch of grapefruit), combined with flqvours of ripe apricot, fresh pineapple, passion fruit, white flowers (acacia), with a hint of fresh mint and tea leaf. The finish is lingering, with good bitterness of lime and grapefruit zest and lively, salivating acidity. Beautiful complexity and a lot of energy.
