The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose offers a fragrant, fruity, floral, with delicate hints of minerality. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, lime juice, green apple, white peach, passion fruit and yellow melon (in the background), as well as touches of white flowers (acacia, lime blossom, wild flowers), a very fine note of vanilla and flower honey and a delicate salinity. On the palate, the wine offers a precise mineral structure, with chalky and saline notes, as well as floral and herbaceous touches (acacia, apple blossom, field flowers, cut grass), associated with citrus notes (lime, lemon, grapefruit), notes of stone fruits (fresh apricot, white peach) and gooseberries. The finish is very lively, dynamic, with high and salivating acidity, as well as a good length on the minerality and salinity. Nice freshness and a certain complexity.
