The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers juiciness and a fleshiness of stone fruits, while remaining fresh. It expresses the aromas of white peach, tangy apricot, crushed green apple, lemon zest, lemon juice and a gourmet touch of pineapple in the background. We also find a delicate saline and limestone minerality in the background, a hint of linden and apple blossom. The palate is straight, lively, with a nice acidity and a slight bitterness. It expresses the flavors of green apple, grapefruit (which brings a good bitterness), lemon juice, lemon zest, as well as green plum and tangy apricot in the background. The finish is quite persistent, mineral and slightly bitter. Nice freshness, precision and a lively and fresh acidity, but not sharp.
