The nose is beautiful juicy, fruity and offers a certain deepness as well as a beautiful, fresh, generous and gourmand pulpy fruit. We find notes of pulpy apricot, juicy/pulpy white peach and small notes of crushed apple associated with touches of fresh pineapple as well as a subtle hint of almost fresh quenette and fresh peach blossom. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, well-balanced and offers a fresh, tangy frame, tension, suppleness, energy, a melodious side, gourmandise as well as precision. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy vine peach, juicy yuzu and small notes of lemon caviar associated with touches of fresh lychee, fresh flowers and a hint of fresh olive tree. Good length. A hint of iodine. Gourmand, fresh and offers fullness, elegance and lightness. A fine touch of gunflint and a subtle hint of varietal in the background. Persistence on the varietal hint.
