Domaine Sol Payré 2021 – Trilogia – AOC Côtes du Roussillon

The nose offers fruit, freshness, intensity as well as a certain small concentration. There are notes of concentrated small black fruits, violet, garrigue and small notes of tobacco associated with touches of sage, warm bay leaf, infusion and a hint of warm spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers brilliance, precision, power as well as concentration in precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, bright blueberry and small notes of roasted-juicy cherry associated with touches of black olive, infusion, black tea and a subtle hint of sage. Good length. The wine needs to be decanted. (Keep in the cellar for the moment).
