The nose is fruity, well-built, it offers good definition, precision, a certain depth and elegance in the aromatic. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, wild strawberry and small notes of Madagascar pepper, associated with touches of small wild berries, infusion/bergamot, as well as a hint of wild pepper from the Île de Ré. The palate is fruity, mineral, it offers a mineral frame, precision, fine tension, juiciness and gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, small ripe wild berries, and small notes of lilac, a subtle hint of fresh lily, almost iris, small wild red berries, as well as fine hints of Île de Ré pepper, infusion and a hint of clove. The tannins are precise, mellow and offer a fine gourmandise.
