The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a crunchy/fresh fruit. It reveals notes of fresh/crunchy blackberry, fresh/crunchy cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of small juicy/crunchy red berries, a fine touch of iris as well as a hint of crunchy blueberry, very fine hints of liquorice, racy minerality and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a good definition, a beautiful precision, an almost aerial side, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, juiciness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis, small notes of raspberry associated with small touches of chocolate, toasted, juicy/pulpy violet plum, caramelization as well as very fine almost saline hint (in the background) and sugared tobacco.
