The wine has a beautiful, clear straw color. The first nose is fresh and discreet with hints of lime zest and lemon juice. There is a slight fresh minerality. The second nose opens with a slight creaminess and a hint of flint. There is an imperceptible hint of guava and juicy lemon zest in the background. The palate is fresh with a slight roundness on the attack with a slight sensation of sweetness. The wine has a nice suppleness. There are notes of juicy lemon, apple as well as white grape. There is a bitter hint at the end of the tasting with a slight astringency on the olive pit. There is also a nice discreet floral touch of jasmine in the background. The finish is fresh, tangy.
