Domaine Sangouard-Guyot – Authentique 2018 – Pouilly-Fuissé

The nose is fruity, precise, elegant and offers juiciness, gourmandize as well as a beautiful ripe/freshfruit and a fine intensity/concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy Mirabelle, juicy apple, small notes of zests associated with very fine hints of citrus, a racy minerality (in the background) and very discreet hints of toasted. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy, fresh and offers a racy minerality, a beautiful definition as well as a good finesse, a fine unctuosity, a beautiful finesse of the grain and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy Mirabelle as well as a very discreet hint of almond (in the background).
