The nose is fruity, aromatic and elegant. It reveals notes of stewed white fruits, quince, pineapple in syrup and apricot in syrup associated with fine notes of almond and a discreet note of nuts / Zante currants. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, relatively fat and offers an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince and crystallized lemon associated with fine notes of mandarin, honey, baked apple as well as a discreet note of peach in syrup and a (very) discreet a hint of quenette. Good length.
