The wine has a pale apricot color with melon highlights. It is clear and shiny. The nose is initially smoky, mineral with notes of lemon blossom and crushed red berries. The second nose confirms this trend with additional vanilla and black pepper. In the background we can also perceive discreet notes of black cherry. The attack is fresh with a slight sweetness. We find the black cherry but also the raspberry accompanied by notes of garrigue and minerality. The mid-palate is light with a saline hint. It’s simple and delicious. We gradually find notes of orange blossom. The finish is discreet.
