The nose is concentrated and offers power, finesse as well as complexity. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and red berries associated with small notes of elderberry, garrigue as well as touches of blueberry, zan / colas, rosemary, slight hints of Cuben pepper and an imperceptible hint of sage. The palate is juicy, fruity, elegant, precise, gourmand and offers fleshiness, a beautiful definition, tension, roundness, a beautiful finesse as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, blueberry and juicy red berries associated with small touches of Bigarreau cherry, hints of strawberry, rosemary, black olive as well as discreet hints of liquorice, garrigue, racy minerality and spices. Tannins are fine, elegant, structuring and slightly chewy. Good length. A great wine !
