The nose is fresh and fruity with discreet notes of green apple and almond. The second nose opens, finer, more saline, even mineral. There is also a hint of ripe yellow lemon. The palate is fresh, rich with a beautiful intensity. There are notes of pineapple but also apple and yellow peach. We find the slight salinity in the mid-palate. The finish is floral, pleasant with the presence of pretty bitters. We have white flowers like jasmine and also a hint of frangipani with fresh almond and lychee again. The finish is long. It is a lovely wine with a beautiful definition on the palate.
