The rosé has a very pale color on the melon. The nose is fresh, mineral with fruit. There are notes of lemon, white peach and white grapes. The second nose is aromatic, sensitive, with notes of white peach and above all a beautiful marine impression of the seaside. We perceive an imperceptible hint of rosemary flower. The mouth is fresh with a refreshing acidity. We have small, crunchy, tangy red fruits like redcurrant as well as fine hints of lemon. The finish is fine on lemon blossoms with always a salivation and a touch of iodine.
