The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a small crunchiness and a fine intensity. It reveals notes of pear, lychee and small notes of juicy quince associated with fine touches of juicy lemon as well as very fine hints of mandarine flowers and a subtle hint of pineapple. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acidulous/juicy frame, a good definition, elegance, a racy minerality, a beautiful precision as well as a fine density (but full of finesse). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe quince, juicy/ripe lemon and small notes of juicy pink lychee associated with fine hints of pear, juicy/ripe pink grapefruit as well as discreet hints of racy minerality. Beautiful persistence on very discreet hints of butter/toasted.
