The wine has a beautiful, bright straw color. The first nose is fresh and intense with a certain minerality and notes of toast. We also perceive touches of almond and lemon zest. The second nose opens with a hint of lime, white pepper, and notes of juicy white peach. We still have a racy minerality. The palate is fresh, fruity with good acidity from the start with a slight salinity. We have notes of ripe yellow lemon, lime zest, white peach, green plum. We perceive touches of butter and toast. The tasting is fluid, relatively intense, and the finish is long on lemon zest, dried apricot, and orange blossom.
