The wine has a beautiful bright straw color. The first nose is fresh, mineral, and fruity with notes of lime and light butter. The second nose opens with slightly more intensity on white pepper and stone fruits like yellow peach and nectarine. There is also a slight salinity and a nice buttery finesse. The palate is fresh and saline from the start with good acidity. There is a little dynamism from the start. There are notes of yellow lemon as well as fresh apple, peach, and plum. There is a beautiful buttery note, round and delicious. The finish is on fresh apricot. It is a complex, balanced, dynamic wine with a long finish.
