The wine has a beautiful, bright straw color. The first nose is intense with a lovely fresh minerality and notes of toast and butter. There are also hints of ripe lemon and juicy yellow peach. There is a slight salinity. The second nose opens with more finesse with hints of banana and white pepper. The palate is fresh, tangy on the attack with notes of ripe lemon, yellow peach, and banana. There is a beautiful salinity and salivation until the finish with a buttery, toasted side. There are some notes of quince and green plum.
