The nose is fruity, racy and offers a racy minerality as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, fresh strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of violet/cornflower as well as fine hints of Cuben pepper and discreet varietal hints. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, tension as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cherry, crunchy raspberry and small notes of juicy/crunchy cassis associated with fine touches of violet, ripe almond, nutmeg as well as a discreet hint of liquorice and toasted/vanilla. An imperceptible hint of chocolate in the background/finish.
