The wine has a beautiful deep cherry color. The nose is fresh, a little closed with notes of fruits such as strawberry. A hint of menthol is perceived. The second nose opens with a slight racy minerality, slightly smoky notes and black fruits. There is still a minty freshness. The palate is fresh with a slight sparkle on the very rapid attack. There is a tangy side with fruits and flowers like peony. The tannins are marked, powerful and persistent, drying the finish which is on blackberry skin. The mouth is however salivating with a hint of black pepper at the end of the tasting. A wine that needs time.
