The wine has a beautiful deep cherry color. The nose is discreet, closed with notes of leather and black cherry. The second nose opens with savory notes of rose potpourri and undergrowth. The palate is fresh with a slight sparkle on the attack. There is a lovely rose note that accompanies an impression of wet earth. The acidity is present as well as the floral and powerful tannins. They are persistent in the finish, almost drying. The tasting ends with rose potpourri and raspberry. There is still this delicate note of wet earth.
