The nose is aromatic, powerful, elegant and offers richness and finesse. It reveals notes of small yellow fruits, butter and small notes of honey associated with small touches of nutmeg, a hint of citrus fruit as well as fine hints of flowers and a very discreet hint of acacia. The palate is fruity, elegant, delicate, beautifully defined and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful racy minerality, finesse as well as a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of acidulous physalis, apple and small notes of citrus associated with touches of almond, nutmeg, flowers, mountain flowers as well as a very discreet hint of acacia / linden tree (in the background) and hazelnut oil. Good length. The finish is slightly tannic. Beautiful persistence. A beautiful wine!
