This wine has a beautiful golden color, clear and shiny. The first nose is discreet, aromatic and delicate. We have notes of currants but also of cooked apple and bitter orange. With air, we have roundness, smoothness with touches of fresh butter as well as dried apricot and always citrus scents. We of course have a little touch of nuts which slowly appears. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fruity with a beautiful acidic structure. We have notes of dried mango, candied and juicy orange but also of butter. There is a nice balance on the palate. It’s soft and the wine coats the entire palate. The finish is delicate with notes of currants and lemon zest. The whole thing offers an airy side.
