The wine has a bright pale straw color. The first nose is fresh and refined with notes of lime zest and juicy lemon. There is a certain roundness with fine touches of yellow peach. There are hints of toast, butter, and pine sap. The second nose opens with a mineral freshness and citrus notes. The palate is fresh, fruity, and rounded on the attack with an almost minty mineral freshness. There are notes of ripe lemon, juicy yellow peach, and fresh butter. There is a slight salivating salinity on the finish with a hint of lemon blossom. It is delicate and crystalline.
