The nose is elegant, fresh and offers a racy minerality, a good definition as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of small yellow fruits, beeswax and small notes of crushed peach combined with slight touches of sweet spices, almonds and a subtle hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, elegant, mineral, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandise, depthness, richness, suavity as well as a small tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe / juicy quince and small notes of juicy yellow fruits associated with small touches of crushed white fruit as well as slight hints of beeswax, butter and an imperceptible hint of vanilla flowers. Good length. A beautiful, elegant, fine, mineral and racy wine. There is an imperceptible almost saline sensation in the background (supports the finish).
