The nose is aromatic, elegant, beautifully defined and offers a beautiful aromatic range, a fine richness (in the background) as well as generosity. It reveals notes o fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy Quetsche plum associated with touches of toasted, caramelization, nutmeg as well as hints of crushed blueberry, a very discreet hint of mild tobacco, Cuben pepper and an imperceptible hint of underwood. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, well-balanced, precise and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, a small richness, tension, a good finesse of the grain, a beautiful definition as well as a finely tight structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/acidulous Quetsche plum, fleshy/acidulous strawberry, racy minerality as well as hints of chocolate, caramelized oak, nutmeg and discreet hints of cedar. Tannins are elegant. Good length.
