The nose is elegant, gourmand and offers a beautiful ripe/fleshy fruit, an aromatic purity, a beautiful finesse of the intensity as well as delicacy. It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, small black fruits, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with toches of small crushed red berries, zan, nutmeg, violet as well as fine hints of lilac, cardamom and sweet spices/hazelnut. The palate is beautifully defined, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, precision as well as a small tension, richness, roundness and a small unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, creamy raspberry, small notes of creamy plum associated with touches of violet, lilac as well as hints of nutmeg, green cardamom, mild tobacco and discreet hints of chocolate. Tannins are well-built. Good length. A subtle varietal hint on the finish (brings peps).
