The nose is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful grain as well as a very fine intensity and a small richness (in finesse). It reveals notes of quince, zests, small notes of crunchy nectarine associated with small touches of apple, dry lemon zests, lemon flowers as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality and bee wax/pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral and offers a beautiful definition, freshness, an acidulous frame, suavity, a small fat as well as a fine sapidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy lemon, small notes of dry green apple associated with very fine touches of pear as well as very fine hints of lemon flowers, juicy/fresh quenette as well as an imperceptible hint of exotic fruits. Good length. Discreet hints of beeswax, brioche on the finish/persistence.
