The nose is aromatic and offers concentration, intensity, a small power as well as a small richness and precision. It reveals notes of mirabelle, small crushed yellow fruits, small notes of toasted oak associated with fine touches of quince, a touch of pear, a very discreet hint of zests and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a good definition as well as a fine tension, juiciness, suavity, harmony, a beautiful finesse of the grain and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, quince, small notes of nectarine associated with small touches of pear, a fine hint of exotic fruits, juicy kumquat as well as subtle hints of vanilla, an imperceptible hint of brioche (in the background) and an imperceptible hint of verbena. Good length. A persistence on notes of toasted oak and toasted almond.
