The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, harmonious, elegant and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, a beautiful precision, a beautiful structure, a beautiful finesse of the grain, generosity as well as a finely unctuous and gourmande matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe black cherry, fleshy black plum and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of fleshy blackberry, cornflower/violet as well as discreet hints of chocolate, toasted, Sichuan pepper, graphite, tobacco and discreet hints of ripe almond. Tannins are elegant. Good length. A racy and fine wine. A beautiful wine!
