The nose is elegant, racy and offers finesse as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of violet, fleshy wild blackberry and small notes of plum associated with small touches of wild strawberry, hints of Sichuan pepper as well as small hints of touches of violet/lily, racy minerality and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, harmonious, elegant and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, a beautiful precision, a beautiful structure, a beautiful finesse of the grain, generosity as well as a finely unctuous and gourmande matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe black cherry, fleshy black plum and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of fleshy blackberry, cornflower/violet as well as discreet hints of chocolate, toasted, Sichuan pepper, graphite, tobacco and discreet hints of ripe almond. Tannins are elegant. Good length. A racy and fine wine. A beautiful wine!
