The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers complexity as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry and small notes of wild red fruits associated with fine touches of spices, violet/cornflower, a hint of Sichuan pepper as well as discreet hints of toasted and tonka bean. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, beautifully defined and offers a very beautiful balance, fleshiness, generosity, complexity, finesse, a e grain as well as a small richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, fleshy cassis and small notes of fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of fleshy/juicy Quetsche plum, hints of violet as well as discreet hints of tobacco and tonka bean. A beautiful juicy, fleshy wine on the fruit.
