The nose is elegant, racy, aromatic and offers a beautiful grain and a small bewitching side. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, fresh peach, small notes of racy minerality associated with fine touches of zests, quince as well as fine hints of fresh nutmeg, an imperceptible hint of sweet spices, flint and toasted chestnut. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/mineral frame, a beautiful definition, elegance, precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy quince, vine peach, small notes of Mirabelle associated with touches of small ripe/acidulous yellow fruits as well as fine hints of racy minerality, zests, an imperceptible hint of white flowers/dry lilac, fresh nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background).
