The nose is elegant, aromatic and offers complexity, a small richness as well as gourmandise. It reveals notes of quince, crushed white fruit and small notes of ripe / dried lemon associated with small touches of racy minerality as well as a discreet hint of zest and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandise, precision, purity as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe / juicy quince and small notes of ripe / juicy tangerine associated with fine touches of exotic fruit, zest, racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of almond. Good length and persistence. There is a discreet almost saline sensation on the finish / persistence. There are slight toasted hints / toasted almond on the persistence.
