The nose is aromatic and offers delicacy. The wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of quince, crushed brugnon and toasted notes associated with small notes of crushed mirabelle plum / physalis, touches of pear, quenette as well as discreet hints of citrus, spices and butter. The palate is juicy, fruity, well-balanced, delicate, elegant, precise and offers finesse, a fine acidulous frame, crunchiness as well as a beautiful roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy vine peach, juicy green apple and small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of citrus, physalis as well as discreet hints of quenette, butter and a touch of very discreet toasted hint / beeswax (in the background). Good length. Very beautiful and gourmande persistence (with hints of almond, vanilla and fleshy fruits).
