The nose is aromatic, finely powerful and offers intensity and elegance. It reveals notes of mountain flowers, fresh almonds and fresh mirabelle / physalis associated with discreet hints of fresh orange zest as well as a subtle hint of spices and minerality. The wine needs to be put in carafe. The palate is fruity, juicy, beautifuly fresh, well-balanced, precise, a bit gourmand and offers a good definition, a beautiful acidulous frame, a fine straightness as well as dynamism. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy physalis, mirabelle plum and small notes of orange peel associated with small touches of crunchy green apple, mountain flowers as well as a very discreet hint of spices. Good persistence. There is a hint of fresh almond, nutmeg, a very discreet hint of fresh hazelnut and an imperceptible touch of cocoa (in the background) on the persistence.
