The nose is aromatic, nicely racy and reveals power, a nice stretch and elegance. There are notes of lemon, kumquat and small notes of sweet/fresh zest, combined with fine hints of exotic fruit, as well as discreet hints of sweet caviar lemon and a subtle touch of spice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and delicate, offering juiciness, acidity, good definition, precision, elegance, power and a certain mastery of structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy apple, fresh lychee and, small notes of, white flowers, combined with hints of exotic fruit (starfruit, passion fruit, etc.), fine hints of fresh almond, acacia/acacia flowers, sweet white fruits, a very discreet hint of pink lychee/fresh rose petal, and a subtle touch of racy minerality and sense of place. Good length. A discreet hint of saltiness/chalkiness. Nice acidic structure on the finish/persistence. Very good persistence (14 caudalies).
