It reveals notes of quince, apple flowers, juicy green peach, small notes of dry citrus associated with touches of small yellow berries, a racy minerality, yellow flowers (buttercup) as well as a very discreet hint of bee wax/toasted hazelnut (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant and offers gourmandize, a beautiful definition, structure as well as suavity, deepness and a very fine straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, ripe/juicy lemon, dry zests, small notes of apple flowers associated with small touches of small juicy/bright yellow berries as well as fine hints of racy minerality, buttercup and an imperceptible hint of ripe almond/bee wax.
