Beautifully fresh nose, fruity as well as nicely marked by citrus fruits. It reveals notes of fresh kumquat, zest and a small notes of racy minerality (iodine) associated with fine touches of flowers, fresh rose, peach blossoms as well as a subtle hint of pink lychee and sens of the place (local biotop). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful power in delicacy, control, a beautiful marked (and racy) structure, roundness, suavity, a nice fat, complexity, precision as well as sapidity/delicacy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, crushed physalis and small notes of apricot associated with touches of crushed yellow peach, butter/brown butter as well as slight toasted hints, a discreet iodized hint/almost pearly and a subtle almost toasted edge. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of good bitterness on the persistence.
