Beautiful elegant nose, lively, energetic, acidulous and which offers a certain delicacy, power and deepness. It reveals notes of quince, zest and small notes of racy/iodized minerality associated with touches of crunchy green apple, mesocarp, almost honeysuckle as well as discreet pearly and delicately buttered hints. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, minerality, a good definition, a beautiful energy, liveliness, deepness, a good definition, harmony, as well as a nicely racy side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy lemon and small notes of juicy/acidulous vine peach associated with touches of mesocarp, fresh citrus fruits as well as hints of crunchy small fruits, almost acacia as well as with subtle pearly/saline hints and a hint of fresh almond. Beautiful delicacy and suppleness on the finish/persistence. An electric, elegant, lively, racy, tense and saline wine.
