The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is precise, juicy and offers a certain concentration of fruit and a racy minerality. It expresses notes of crushed blackcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, cranberries, crushed blueberry and redcurrant, associated with touches of white pepper, violet, peony in the background, blackcurrant bud and dried mint. The palate is chiseled, juicy, finely tight and slightly bitter. It expresses notes of red cherry, morello cherry, redcurrant, cranberries, raspberry and crunchy strawberry, associated with a fine herbaceous hint (blackcurrant leaf, dried mint) and floral (violet, wild rose). The tannins have a fine grain, powdery and are slightly bitter. The finish is tangy, airy and juicy, with a salivating acidity and accuracy.
