The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant and offers a nice concentration as well as a nice definition. It reveals notes of cassis, purple plum, violet and red berries associated with touches of wild raspberry as well as fine touches of cocoa, tonka bean, spices and very discreet hints of tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice definition, a nice gourmandise, finesse, precision as well as a slight acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy Quetshe plum, boysenberry and ripe / fleshy redcurrant associated with slight touches of cocoa / tonka bean, toasted oak as well as subtle touches of spices and an imperceptible hint of cardamom. Tannins are fine. There are a hint of vanilla, dark chocolate and minerality almost saline on the persistence / aftertaste. Gourmandise !
