It reveals notes of quince, small yellow fruits and small touches of white fruits associated with discreet hints of dry fruits (citrus, peach, apricot) as well as very discreet hints of almond, racy minerality, flowers and almond. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, elegant and offers minerality, a beautiful definition, a fine acidulous frame, tension as well as a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of dry lemon, quince and small notes of small yellow fruits, mirabelle plum associated with touches of saline/racy minerality as well as discreet hints of almond. Good length. A beautiful acidulous and toasted almond on the finish.
