The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is gourmand and fruity. It expresses notes of fleshy and sweet stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), associated with aromas of golden apple, yellow pear, candied lemon peel, ripe lemon, passion fruit, gooseberries and pineapple. After aeration, we find the sweet notes of vanilla, honey, elderflower syrup and apple blossom, as well as a very fine touch of caramelized hazelnut. The palate is enveloping, gourmand and dense, balanced by lively acidity and good bitterness of grapefruit. We find the flavors of very ripe yellow peach, juicy apricot, pineapple, passion fruit, candied lemon peel, ripe lemon and lime, combined with notes of flower syrup elderberry, acacia and apple blossom. The finish is precise, tasty and fragrant. It expresses notes of honey, wax, a hint of toasted hazelnut and the minerality of limestone. A dense, concentrated, expressive, even powerful, but harmonious wine. The finish is persistent, honeyed and gourmand.
