The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is fruity and gourmand, slightly mineral. It expresses notes offresh and juicy red fruits, with a tangy touch: red cherry, raspberry, red currant, crunchy strawberry, combined with a subtle limestone and wet stone touch. We also find a delicate floral bouquet in the background (violet, wild flowers). On the palate, the wine is straight and tangy, but with juiciness and fruit. It expresses flavors of tart red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, red currant, a touch of bitterness from cranberries, as well as floral notes of violet, cherry blossom and a touch of limestone in the background. The tannins are firm and a bit drying. The finish expresses bitterness, strong acidity and notes of small red fruits with a hint of bitterness.
