(AB. 100% Grenache) Beautiful, elegant, precise and mellow nose that offers some spiciness, a discreet fruitiness as well as delicacy in its grain and texture. We find notes of pulpy raspberry, small bright wild red fruits and small notes of thyme flowers associated with touches of nutmeg, spices, a hint of strawberry tree, hazelnut as well as discreet almost lavender hints, toasted and discreet hints of infusion. The palate is elegant, juicy, fresh, balanced and offers delicacy, a beautiful mellowness, a tangy frame, beautiful energy as well as purity. A wine with an elegant creaminess, airy and full of energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, fleshy/juicy redcurrants and small notes of tangy/pulpy purple plum associated with a touch of star anise, strawberry tree as well as a hint of rosemary flowers, infusion, Kampot pepper as well as a subtle hint of sense of place (local biotope) and tobacco. Tannins are nicely mellow and tasty. Presence of a varietal/sappy and almost verbena hint on the persistence. A very nice persistence (+12 caudalies). A wine full of harmony, purity, energy and race!
