The nose is elegant, fresh, aromatic, ample, beautifully airy and offers a beautiful grain, a melodious side, richness as well as lightness (in the background / in its positive sense). It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of kumquat associated with fine touches of Timut pepper, fresh rosemary, a hint of infusion, rosemary flowers, fresh spices as well as very discreet hints of warm olive leaf, verbena and mandarin leaf. After aeration a very discreet hint of dried pineapple appears. The palate is beautifully built, airy, supple, delicate and offers an airy and fresh unctuosity, suppleness, delicacy as well as a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of kumquat, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of quite ripe pear combined with touches of kumquat, a hint of Menton lemon as well as a hint of rosemary flowers, olive leaf, a subtle hint of toasted hazelnut and verbena. A beautifully delicate and melodious wine in its aromas and texture.
