The nose is beautifully balanced, fine, precise, aromatic (a beautiful richness of the palette) and offers a very beautiful finesse of the grain, purity of the fruit, complexity, a very fine complexity and a very fine power (in the background). It reveals notes of pulpy cassis, creamy blueberry, small notes of crushed violet plum associated with touches of crushed strawberry, small crushed blue fruits as well as fine hints of violet, caramelization, garrigue, laurel berries, pink laurel, black olive as well as a subtle hint of chocolate and a very discreet hint of cuben pepper. The palate is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine creamy side as well as a very beautiful balance, a fine tension, a beautiful suavity/sapidity and an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackberry, cassis, small notes of creamy raspberry associated with touches of creamy violet plum, pulpy/juicy small blue fruits as well as hints of cornflower, chocolate, toasted, pink laurel, laurel berries, a subtle hint of sense of the place, coffee and an imperceptible hint of grey pepper. Good length. A beautiful persistence. A very fine chew on the persistence/finish.
