Domaine Patrick Miolane – Sur le Sentier du Clou 2015 – Saint-Aubin 1er Cru

The nose is fruity and offers concentration as well as a small freshness. It reveals notes of quince, toasted and small notes of crushed mirabelle plum associated with a hint of crushed apple as well as very slight toasted hints and oak. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition, gourmandise, precision as well as a beautiful minerality, fat and a fine richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, juicy / ripe quince and small notes of juicy / ripe brugnon associated with small touches of pear as well as very slight toasted hints, oak, an imperceptible hint of crushed mirabelle plum and very discreet hints of vanilla (in the background).
